Pastor Stacey L. Brown is an
ordained elder and wife of Senior
Pastor Johnny E. Brown, II of
Rhema Covenant Worship Center
International in Harrisburg North
Carolina. She is also the proud
mother of three children, a son
and daughter in-law and five
wonderful grandchildren.

Professionally, Pastor Stacey is a
skilled communicator, business
owner and has over twenty years
of banking experience. Kingdom
conversation has described her to
be a no nonsense vessel when
proclaiming the word of the Lord.
The power that has been released
over her life has opened many
doors for her to travel around the
nation conducting conferences,
leadership seminars, ministry
marketing workshops and revivals.
Lady Brown is characterized by the wisdom of God that is released over her
life, and has a wealth of Biblical knowledge and life experiences, which
qualifies her to operate as co-founder of Daughters of Empowerment
Alliance and founder of International Women of Power & Purpose,
Empowering Women for Effective Ministry and the Teens 2 Queens Mentorship
Program.

These organizations minister to the needs of hurting women and mentor
women who are presently engaged in ministry.  It also encourages women
to maintain a balance life in order to be effective through their gifts and
talents.

Pastor Stacey’s dedication has gained her formal recognitions from Mayor
Anthony Fox of Charlotte, NC and Mayor Tim Hagler of Harrisburg NC for her
service to women and children in the community

Tamika Edward is a seasoned staffing professional with 13 years of human resources and staffing experience.  Specializing in
recruitment and personnel management, her primary focus is career development.  She has held several roles and worked in
major industries such as healthcare information technology, industrial and clerical.  Tamika is a passionate career advisor that
provides her clients with on-going coaching, tools and strategies tailored around building and maintaining a successful career.  
Tamika has a strong community presence and has hosted major career development workshops as well as resume’ writing &
coaching seminars throughout the Charlotte area.
Tamika serves on the Board of Directors for the Marshall Alexander Youth Organization here in Charlotte.  She is also an active
certified temporary staffing specialist and member of the National Association of Personnel Services.
